Thank you very much for taking an interest in our local business.

We have been family owned and operated here in Amarillo, Texas since 1946! Our founder V.L. Taylor established V.L. Taylor & Co on West 6th here in Amarillo. V.L.’s two sons, Stan and Dave Taylor purchased the company and opened a new location on Polk St. in 1978. Scott and Stuart Taylor have been the current owners and operators since 2006 and plan on passing it down to a fourth generation. We are the last locally owned furniture and appliance store that offers full repairs in our workshop. We don’t believe in phony warranties so all products we sell are guaranteed through us for any possible repairs or replacements.

We carry a wide range of living room, bedroom, and dining room furnishings as well as appliances including refrigerators, stoves, and washing machines.

Our mattress selection includes top-notch national brands as well as affordable options. Not only do we offer high-quality new furniture and appliances, but we also have a second hand and gently used section.

We accept trade-ins and will haul off any unwanted furniture free of charge.

We also offer a wide range of financing options to help you get what you want and need.

Once you have picked out what you love you can enjoy our free delivery service in Amarillo and surrounding areas.

We offer same and next day delivery for all items in store so there is no need for lengthy ordering waits.

We separate ourselves from the big chain stores by offering a pressure-free buying environment.

Our sales staff is not motivated by commission or incentives so feel free to browse and truly make yourselves feel at home!

We have been faithfully serving Panhandle families for over seven decades and we look forward to serving you as well.
